My journey has been shaped by serious injuries, chronic pain, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, endometriosis, and now perimenopause. Despite seeking help from countless doctors and specialists, most treatments provided only temporary relief.

At 18, a car accident left me with two herniated discs. Combined with scoliosis and an uneven hip structure, I endured years of chronic pain, muscular imbalances, and limited mobility. Medications worsened my digestive issues, while stress exacerbated my endometriosis, trapping me in a relentless cycle of pain, fatigue, and frustration. I knew something had to change.

Through natural healing, I discovered the power of real food and movement as medicine. This journey led me to a career in nutrition, fitness, and Pilates—transforming my health, reducing inflammation, balancing my hormones, and restoring my energy. Strength training and Pilates corrected my imbalances, supported my recovery, and freed me from chronic pain. Nourishing my body with wholesome food and managing stress have been key to my overall well-being.

Now, as I navigate perimenopause, I feel stronger, more confident, and healthier than ever. My passion is helping other women reclaim their vitality, overcome challenges, and step into this phase of life feeling empowered, vibrant, and in control of their health. Pursuing a career I love has allowed me to guide others toward better health and well-being. Through my own experiences, I’ve gained a deep understanding of my body and achieved a harmonious balance—mentally, emotionally, and physically.
