Miso Mash

4-6 servings

 

Ingredients:

·         4 large potatoes

·         2-3 tsp miso paste

·         2tbsp butter

·         2tbsp coconut milk

·         1tsp dried herbs or 1 tbsp fresh herbs

 

Directions:

1.      Steam the potatoes until cooked and soft.

2.      Mash the potatoes and place the mash into a pot.

3.      Mix in the butter and coconut milk and dried herbs.

4.      Mix in the miso paste. Start with 2 tsp and if you wish for a more savoury flavor, go ahead and add the 3rd tsp.

5.      Serve with beef, lamb, fish or chicken and a side of roast veggies or salad. Enjoy!
