No Sugar Added Banana Bread

Ingredients:
· 6 ripe bananas mashed
· ½ cup coconut oil
· 5 free range eggs
· ¾ cup coconut flour
· 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
· ½ cup oats
· ½ cup crushed nuts of choice
· 1 tbsp cinnamon
· 1 tsp whole cloves or clove powder
· 1 tsp baking soda
· Pinch of salt
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees
2. Combine all wet ingredients (mashed bananas, coconut oil and eggs) into a bowl
3. Mix in all other ingredients until well combined
4. Coat baking pan with a little coconut oil
5. Pour mixture into caking pan
6. Bake for approx. 40 mins or until golden brown
