Overnight Superfoods Oats

Ingredients:

•    1/2 cup of oats

•    1 tbsp chia seeds

•    1 cup berries 

•    1 cup milk of choice 

•    1 tbsp coconut flakes

•    1 tsp cinnamon

•    1-2 tbsp crushed nuts (walnuts are my favourite)

•    1 tsp raw honey

•    I also like adding 1-2 tbsp of coconut cream to mine 

 

Method: 

1.    Mix the oats, chia seeds, coconut flakes, cinnamon and milk of choice in a glass jar with a lid and refrigerate overnight.

2.    The next morning you can add the fruits, honey and nuts on top and take it on-the-go or take them separately and mix before serving.

3.    You can serve it cold or warm it up. Add a little bit more milk if desired.

4.    Enjoy!
